이용약관

이 약관은 DoDo(dodo.day, 이하 "서비스")를 쓰는 조건을 정합니다. 서비스를 쓰면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
1. 서비스
DoDo는 할 일을 적고, 끝내고, 그 기록을 돌아보는 서비스입니다. 웹, 모바일 앱, 데스크톱 앱, 그리고 Claude·ChatGPT 같은 AI 앱의 연결(MCP)로 쓸 수 있습니다.
2. 계정
- 가입한 이메일과 비밀번호는 직접 관리해 주세요. 계정 정보를 제대로 관리하지 않아 생긴 일은 계정 주인의 책임입니다.
- 만 14세 미만은 쓸 수 없습니다.
- 계정은 언제든 앱의 프로필 편집에서 삭제할 수 있습니다. 자세한 방법은 개인정보처리방침에 있습니다.
3. 내 데이터
내가 적은 할 일과 기록은 나의 것입니다. DoDo는 서비스를 제공하는 데 필요한 만큼만 다루며, 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
4. AI 연결
AI 앱을 DoDo에 연결하면, 허용한 AI가 내 계정에서 할 일을 보고, 적고, 완료로 바꿀 수 있습니다. AI가 한 일은 내가 연결을 허용한 범위 안에서 내가 한 것으로 봅니다. 연결은 앱의 AI 연결 화면에서 언제든 끊을 수 있습니다.
5. 하지 말아야 할 일
- 남의 계정을 쓰거나, 서비스나 다른 사람의 데이터에 허락 없이 접근하는 일
- 서비스에 과한 부하를 주거나 정상 운영을 방해하는 일
- 법을 어기거나 다른 사람의 권리를 침해하는 내용을 공유방에 올리는 일
이런 일이 확인되면 계정 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
6. 요금
지금은 무료입니다. 유료 기능이 생기면 시작 전에 미리 알리고, 이미 쓰던 기능이 예고 없이 유료로 바뀌지 않습니다.
7. 서비스 변경과 중단
서비스는 더 나아지기 위해 바뀔 수 있습니다. 서비스를 끝내야 할 때는 최소 30일 전에 알리고, 그동안 내 데이터를 내려받을 수 있게 합니다.
8. 책임의 한계
DoDo는 안정적으로 운영하려고 노력하지만, 서비스가 늘 끊김 없이 동작하거나 오류가 없다고 보장하지는 않습니다. DoDo의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한, 서비스 이용으로 생긴 간접적인 손해에는 책임지지 않습니다.
9. 약관 변경
약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 알리고, 중요한 변경은 시행 7일 전에 알립니다.
10. 준거법
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다.

These terms govern your use of DoDo (dodo.day, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.
Service
DoDo helps you write down todos, complete them, and look back on what you did. You can use it on the web, in the mobile and desktop apps, and through AI apps such as Claude and ChatGPT via MCP.
Account
- Keep your email and password safe. You are responsible for what happens because your account details were not kept safe.
- DoDo is not available to children under 14.
- You can delete your account at any time from Edit profile in the app. See the Privacy Policy.
Your data
The todos and records you create belong to you. DoDo handles them only as needed to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
AI connections
When you connect an AI app to DoDo, the AI you allow can read, add and complete todos in your account. What it does within the access you granted is treated as your action. You can disconnect it at any time from the AI connection screen in the app.
Acceptable use
- Don't use someone else's account or access the Service or other people's data without permission.
- Don't overload the Service or interfere with its operation.
- Don't post content in shared rooms that breaks the law or infringes others' rights.
We may restrict accounts that do these things.
Pricing
DoDo is free for now. If paid features are introduced, we will announce them in advance, and features you already use won't become paid without notice.
Changes and discontinuation
The Service may change as it improves. If we ever shut it down, we will give at least 30 days' notice and let you export your data in that time.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep DoDo reliable, but we don't guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. Except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to these terms
We will post changes on this page with an effective date, and announce material changes 7 days before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
